Advertising Submission Guidelines

Deadlines
The deadline for advertisements is: June 1st
The deadline for flyers is: July 1st or 21st
​
The printable space on a conbook page will measure 7.5” wide x 10” high (approximately). Half-page ads need to be in horizontal format, please. Ads must be rated PG-13. No ads featuring nudity or anti-religious or anti-racial themes will be accepted. We reserve the right to not publish an ad which we find inappropriate for our conbook. Fees submitted for such an ad will be returned in full. Due to space limitations, we may not be able to publish all ads we receive. Payments for ads not used will be refunded in full.

​Specifications
Ads need to be black and white. (Grayscale may not print clearly.) Ads need to be submitted via email to the ConChairs at 300dpi and in TIF format.

Payment must be submitted via Paypal (contact the ConChairs for the Paypal account email) or send the payment using check or money order (made payable to Tiny Paws, Inc.) to:

Free Ad Swaps
Tiny Paws Con loves doing free ad swaps with other conventions! If you have an ad you would like to swap with us (similar size ads), please follow the guidelines listed above for format and sizing and submit the file to the ConChairs before the advertising deadline.

​Flyers (and other goodies)
If you have flyers for your convention, event, etc. which you would like given to our attendees or put on a flyer table, please choose one of the following options:
1. Send 500 flyers by July 1st to have them put in goodie bags
2. Send 200 flyers by July 21st to have them put on our flyer table

If you need to ship your flyers using UPS, FedEx, or some other service requiring a physical address, please contact the ConChairs for our physical address.

Any inserts which we do hand out with our conbooks will be displayed elsewhere. This service is complimentary, but the flyers must be pre-printed and pre-folded and any other items must be ready for hand out (i.e. no further assembly by the convention staff is required).
